This class is a newly revised Group, running under a new Tutor. It has been regenerated from the 2 former Thursday Tai Chi classes.
QiGong is a system of Chinese Medicine that helps transform people's health and well-being. QiGong practitioners use a blend of active, dynamic and soft flowing movements, breathing, visualisation and meditation, aimed at cultivating healthy qi(energy) flow through the body to promote a feeling of inner harmony and radiant well-being.
It is suitable for beginners and beyond.
