Our 23rd Annual General Meeting is to be held on Thursday 11th June, 2026 at 11.00a.m. at Christ Church Ministry Centre, Long Lane, Aughton.
Coffee/Tea will be available at Horizons at Scout & Guide HQ prior to the meeting.
The Agenda is reproduced below and supporting papers will be available at Scout & Guide HQ after the 22nd May 2026 or available by request from the Secretary.
Proxy voting will be available this year to enable those unable to attend the Annual General Meeting in person to be able to nominate a proxy on their behalf.
