Dr Kris D’Aout (and possibly some of his colleagues) from Liverpool University back in late 2024, you might remember, presented to us the details of their Foot Biomechanics Research Study.

In fact some of our H&W Group then attended the University to participate in their study. And now Dr Kris would like to present the results to us and also talk some more about gait, shoes, foot health etc.
