Dr Nicola Currie is a lecturer in Psychology at Edge Hill University and her research investigates cognitive and affective aspects of reading.
Nicola is particularly interested in the development of cognitive skills that support children’s reading comprehension, with a focus on inference generation and is also interested in exploring how reading supports wellbeing, across the lifespan.
