We travelled around the lovely Ribble countryside, most of which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and listened to the history, legends and stories that have shaped the area. From views of Pendle Hill to the Forest Of Bowland, through historic villages to Dunsop Bridge, declared by the Ordnance Survey as the official centre of Britain. We stopped at one, two, three or more...of the ancient Inns, some dating back to the 16th Century, all had an interesting ghostly story. Lunch was included and enjoyed!
