Notice of the 23rd Annual General Meeting of Aughton & Ormskirk u3a
Our 23rd Annual General Meeting is to be held on Thursday 11th June, 2026 at 11.00a.m. at Christ Church Ministry Centre, Long Lane, Aughton.
Coffee/Tea will be available at Horizons at Scout & Guide HQ prior to the meeting.
The Agenda and supporting papers will be available at Scout & Guide HQ and published on our website after the 22nd May 2026 or available by request from the Secretary.
Nominations are invited for election to the Management Committee, these however must be received by the Secretary, in writing, by 21st May 2026.
Proposals for any resolutions must be received by the Secretary, in writing, by 21st May 2026.
If you would like a Nomination form, please contact any member of the Management Committee but please note that Nominees must have agreed to stand for election and each Nomination and/or Resolution must be proposed and seconded by a member of Aughton & Ormskirk u3a.
Proxy voting will be available this year to enable those unable to attend the Annual General Meeting in person to be able to nominate a proxy on their behalf – details to follow.
